Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil waved to their adoring fans last night when they arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Their return to Nevada means Celine will soon resume her show there, but it also marked the introduction of her four-month-old twins, Nelson and Eddy, to Sin City. She welcomed the duo in late October and first debuted their little faces in Hello!, as she's one of the many new moms to show off newborns while lying in bed. Nelson and Eddy's big brother Rene-Charles was on hand to smile with his parents as well, and he'll be able to soon show his little brothers the ropes of living with a superstar mom. Celine starts rehearsals very soon, and she'll officially open with a performance on March 15th.
