Dodgers Offer $25,000 Reward in Stadium Beating

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers announced today they were offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects in the beating of a San Francisco Giants fan at Dodger Stadium, increasing the total reward to $50,000.

A $10,000 reward offered by the San Francisco Giants and $5,000 from American Medical Response, the victim's employer, has also been added to the $10,000 reward Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich issued Saturday, Antonovich said.

Bryan Stow, a paramedic from the Santa Cruz area, was beaten in a parking lot of Dodger Stadium Thursday following the season-opening game between the Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers. Stow was wearing Giants clothing.

A sketch of the two male suspects between 18 and 25 wearing Dodger clothing has been released by the Los Angeles Police Department.

A woman drove the getaway car which had a "a small male child" as a passenger, Los Angeles Police Department Detective Percy Morris said at a news conference Friday.

Anyone with information on the beating was asked to call Morris or fellow Detective I. Burcher at 213-847-4261.
