They're madly in love, but they're still playing it safe when it comes to tying the knot - as Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are currently working out a prenuptial agreement.
According to TMZ, the 30-year-old reality star and her pro basketball-playing fiance are telling pals "It's the smart thing to do."
Source have also revealed that the deal was agreed upon by both Kim and Kris - as each of their net worth's are estimated in the mutli-millions.
The push for the prenup reportedly came from Kardashian's late father, (famed O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian) who told his daughter about the importance of contracts.
