Josie Gibson split from John James Parton in March
Speaking publicly for the first time about the end of her 10-month romance with� ex John James Parton on ITV1, Josie Gibson held nothing back.
The Bristol babe, 26, is devastated that John James, 25, already has a new girlfriend - 24-year-old part-time model and burlesque dancer named Sherrie Cobley.
'[Am I friends with him?] No, I'm not!' Josie told Loose Women viewers.
'He's turned out to be the most manipulative, calculating guy ever.
'The hardest thing is trying to be calm about it when really I'm bitter.
'But you've got to try to make yourself out to be dignified.'
