Jill Zarin may have been 'refreshed' -- but dont' call it a facelift.

"Real Housewife of New York" Jill Zarin has been raising eyebrows over her newly smoothed brow and cheeks.

Zarin, 48, tried to deny that any surgical alterations had taken place but finally she copped to it ? in her own way, according to eonline.com.

But don't call it a facelift.

"I have not used any plastic surgery, but I will let you know what I have had done," she declared on "The Wendy Williams Show." "I go to Dr. Pat Wexler, she's like the best. What she does is a liquid facelift, which is different than a real facelift."

Okay, so she's had work done but she's never gone "under the knife."

But what the heck is a liquid facelift?

Patients who are afraid of surgery but want to look younger can choose from a series of injectibles and dermal fillers that promise to lift brows, reshape smiles and lift sagging muscles.

She said that Wexler uses Restylane on the sides of her face, which doesn't fill in the small lines. She also admitted to using Botox in her chin and forehead.

She also credits her new favorite hairdo for giving her a younger look: the ponytail. She says that the miracle 'do naturally yanks her forehead back.
