Aside from making up for her missed Mother's Day duties, Ke$ha is on the prowl against a watch maker who came out with a strap for their watches called ?TikTok,? claiming it?s too similar to her hit single ?TiK ToK.?
However, one legal expert says she?ll have a tough time winning the case. ?She?ll have to show consumer studies to show people are making an association between her and the product.?
