This news is beyond words. The world?s most wanted terrorist, Osama bin Laden, is dead.
The news came shortly after the White House announced an unscheduled press conference for 10:30pm ET (which is airing right now) by President Barack Obama.
The subject of the president?s statement ? which was then delayed ? was not announced, but ?multiple sources? have confirmed the terror leader, behind the 9/11 attacks and many other plots, is dead.
He was killed a week ago by a US bomb, FOX reported. A House Intelligence committee aide confirms that the United States has the body. Reports are that he was shot and killed by ground US forces in Pakistan.
Hopefully those who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks can finally have some peace, and our hearts go out them and to all of those who lost their lives or were injured in the war on terrorism.
