Last week, Chris Brown smashed a window and flees to the street shirtless after "GMA" host Robin Roberts asked him about beating up Rihanna.

Take a look at nine other celebs whose headline-making meltdowns have been caught on camera.

  • In 2005, Tom Cruise jumps on Oprah's couch, gushing about his "totally cool" love for new girlfriend Katie Holmes, causing Oprah to quip, "The boy is gone!"

  • In 2006, a visibly drunk Danny DeVito stumbles onto "The View" and gives a rambling interview in which he slurs his speech and jokes about having sex with his wife in the White House.

  • Fitness guru Richard Simmons tries to demonstrate his new food steamer on "Letterman," only to have it explode in his face.

  • James Brown gives a 1987 interview to the talk show "Sonya" full of non sequiturs; he tells the host, "I look good. I smell good. I feel good. And I make love good."

  • When Jim Rome repeatedly refers to quarterback Jim Everett as Chris Evert on his ESPN 2 talk show, the footballer flips the table and pushes Rome off the stage.
