Paz de la Huerta was busted after getting into a fight with former 'The City' star Samantha Swetra at an NYC nightclub on Sunday.HBO hottie Paz de la Huerta has been charged with misdemeanor assault for a smackdown with model Samantha Swetra at a Manhattan club, authorities said Wednesday.
The actress, who plays the girlfriend of Nucky Thompson on "Boardwalk Empire," allegedly threw a glass that shattered and cut Swetra's leg and punched her in the face early Sunday.
As the Daily News' Gatecrasher column reported, de la Huerta was at the Top of the Standard in the West Village when she approached the table where Swetra was sitting with Lindsay Lohan and others.
Swetra, 26, part of MTV's "The City" reality show, reportedly mocked de la Huerta when she tripped and crashed into a table - provoking rage.
De la Huerta was escorted from the club, which inside the Standard Hotel on W. 13th St. in the Meatpacking District.
A police spokesman said she was arrested at the same hotel about 11 p.m. Tuesday night and taken to the Sixth Precinct stationhouse to be fingerprinted.
She was given a desk appearance ticket to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court April 19.
Reps for de la Huerta and Swetra had no immediate comment.
