Kelly Osbourne was spotted doing some shopping at Nike in Los Angeles, California. She wore a air of the J Brand Agnes jeans in Black which she paired with a light-washed denim vest. I?m on the border with this look. I kind of like it, but don?t at the same time. I think it may be the vest. I don?t like the cropped look on it.
